All assignments will be acknowledged via email within 24 hours of receipt. The Insured will be contacted within 24 hours of assignment acknowledgement. A minimum of weekly status reports will be provided via email until the project is completed. All reports will be provided via email as PDF files, via U.S. Mail as hard copies or both depending upon the client preference.
